International Arbitration

A secondary source is a good place to start if you are just starting out your research.  Secondary sources will provide analysis and explanations, and will lead you to relevant primary sources, like treaties, national legislation, and arbitral awards.  This list is only a selection of some of the secondary sources in the Law Library’s collection that focus primarily on international arbitration.  You can use uSearch to find more sources.  Maps of the library are located here.
