Florida Bar Exam

According to the Florida Board of Bar Examiners "The General Bar Examination consists of two parts: Part A and Part B. And Part B is made up of the Multistate Bar Examination (MBE) offered by the National Conference of Bar Examiners."  Visit the Florida Board of Bar Examiners' website for the most up to date information about the topics covered on the exam, registration procedures, and everything you need to know. Florida has adopted the NextGen bar exam for July 2028. You can read more about the NextGen bar exam on the NCBE website.

MPRE or Multistate Professional Responsibility Exam

You must also take the MPRE in addition to the General Bar Exam Parts A and B for Florida. This is the Multistate Professional Responsibility Exam. Professional Responsibility is a required class at UM Law. According to our Academic Achievement Program Team "questions related to the MPRE should be directed to Professor Jessi Tamayo or your Professional Responsibility professor."
